2025 Youth Camp
Our 8-week youth weightlifting camp focuses on introducing lifelong habits in a fun camp setting with peers of a similar age and skill level.
Within each session, participants can expect to learn relevant vocabulary, practice skill-based weightlifting movements, complete an age-appropriate strength training workout, and perform a dynamic warmup and cooldown.

Teen Athletes 15-18
M+M Team Coaching Student Discount
Ages 15+ with a valid student ID are eligible to join our in-house M+M Team Coaching programs with our discounted Student Team Coaching membership (save $30/month). All athletic experience levels are welcome on this membership tier from beginner to advanced. Athletes at this level typically progress as an adult member would and excel with our flexible team coaching model.

M+M offers a deeply discounted restricted open gym option for collegiate athletes that includes facility access on weeknights from 7pm-11pm.
