Intro Coaching Packages

BEGINNER FUNDAMENTALS PACKAGE

  • Master the basic barbell skills with two instructional sessions of semi-private coaching followed by 4 weeks of guided small group training 2x/week with this 5-week package designed to get you started

  • Review and practice the five fundamental barbell movements until you're ready to progress to the next level of athletic independence

  • Enjoy a comfortable learning environment with the company of peers at the same experience level and the support of an expert coach

    Fundamentals instructional sessions are scheduled on Tuesday & Thursday at 7pm the first week of the month. Ongoing Fundamentals training sessions are every Monday & Wednesday at 7pm.

ADVANCED TECHNIQUE
INTENSIVE

  • Optimize technical efficiency with two private coaching sessions aimed to deepen your understanding and performance of advanced powerlifting or olympic weightlifting skills

Initial Nutrition Assessment

  • 90-Minute introductory meeting in which our Registered Dietitian will help you explore your nutritional habits and gain familiarity with your goals and support needs

  • 30-Minute follow up to review progress and make a long-term plan
