Our powerlifting club offers both recreational and competitive team programming to support all levels of experience. Whether you're joining us to learn lifelong habits or to dominate the competition platform, we offer expert coaching to guide you to your goals.

M+M Coaching Sessions

Coaching support with M+M staff will rotate weekly on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 6:30-7:30pm.

Team Training

Team training will occur on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. The exact schedule is TBD and will be released asap.

Team Meetings

Team meetings will occur once/month at the Salazar Wellness Center. Schedule TBD.
